This notice covers www.houseflax.com: the catalogue and the product pages on it. Each product runs on its own subdomain and publishes its own notice, because it handles accounts and payments and this site does not.

What this site collects

This is a studio site with a catalogue. It does not create accounts. It does not take card numbers. There is no cart.

• If you email us, we keep the address and the message long enough to reply.
• The host may keep technical logs (IP, browser, time) so the site can run and stay up.
• Typefaces are served from this website, not from a font CDN. No third party sees your IP address because a page loaded its type.
• This site sets no cookies at all. No analytics, no advertising, no social trackers.

Payments

House Flax does not collect card numbers on this website. Pressing a product’s button opens that product’s own site in a new tab, and the account and the payment happen there, under that site’s notice. This site never sees a card number.

Why we process data

Legal bases under the GDPR:

• Contract / pre-contract. Answering a question you sent, or delivering a product you paid for.
• Legitimate interests. Keeping the site up and looking at faults.
• Legal obligation. Tax, accounts, and consumer-law records after a sale.

How long we keep it

Support email stays only as long as we need it, then it goes, unless Italian bookkeeping says we must keep a record (often up to 10 years for invoices). Server logs rotate on a short cycle with the host.

Who we share with

The people who host the site and the inbox. That is the whole list for this site; a product’s own site names its own processors. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, a correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy, or to your local EU authority.

Children

These products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
