How you pay

House Flax does not take card numbers on this website. You open a product page here, go to the product’s own site, and pay there. Those sites are ours too, so this policy is the studio rule for every sale, unless a product gives you a kinder consumer term.

What you are buying

Digital content, delivered as soon as we can send it: reports, playbooks, PDFs, and access to a web tool. Nothing is posted. Some products are a one-time purchase and some are a subscription — the product page says which, and so does the Subscriptions section below.

EU / UK cooling-off for digital content

Under EU consumer rules you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content, that right ends once we start if you:

• consent to immediate delivery, and
• acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the file or unlock is provided.

Checkout on the product’s own site asks for that consent before it unlocks anything paid. If you do not consent, we wait until the withdrawal period ends.

When we refund anyway

Write to [email protected] and we will refund if:

• you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount;
• the file never arrived or would not open, and we cannot fix it;
• the product is materially not as described;
• Italian or EU law requires a remedy we cannot honour any other way.

We try to reply within two business days and, where a refund is due, to send it within 14 days of agreeing it. Money goes back to the original payment method.

What we do not refund

Change of mind after a digital unlock you consented to receive immediately, unless the law says otherwise. That includes any listed product once it has been delivered. Filedkit says you can get a refund if you have not copied or downloaded. NOTICEWIN refunds the first charge within 7 days. If a paid NOTICEWIN workspace cannot surface at least one renewal inside 90 days from a real list of 10 or more tools, the month is extended. Stampcite refunds the first charge within 7 days. If a paid Stampcite job with a mushy note cannot extract at least three banned tokens, the month is extended.

Subscriptions

Filedkit is a one-time purchase. NOTICEWIN, Stampcite, EXTRAISSUE, and Isofase are subscriptions (plus optional one-shots). Cancel inside the product, or write to [email protected].

Support

Email [email protected] with the order email, a rough date, and what went wrong. We do not take phone support.

Filedkit cannot promise an interview. NOTICEWIN cannot promise a vendor will accept a cut. Stampcite cannot promise a client will like the sheet. EXTRAISSUE cannot promise a client will pay a change order. Isofase cannot promise App Store or Play approval. If a listed product page has a specific disclaimer, that page is the rule for that sale.
