The studio

House Flax is Italian sole proprietorship (regime forfettario), VAT-registered, VAT-ID 12786200969, at Via Aristotele 15, 20128 Milano (MI), Italy. This website is the studio identity and the catalogue. Each product runs on its own subdomain of www.houseflax.com, and that is where you sign up, start a trial, and pay. We do not take card numbers in a form on www.houseflax.com.

Every product subdomain is operated by House Flax, so buying one is a contract with us and these terms apply to it. If a product ever moves to a company of its own, its own terms will say so on that site.

What we sell

Digital products: reports, palettes, playbooks, and similar files delivered electronically.

• Filedkit (/p/filedkit). A job-application kit for one posting. Cover letter free to read. $9 / $19 / $10 one-time unlock. No account. No shipping. No subscription.
• NOTICEWIN (/p/noticewin). A renewal desk. Trial 7 days. Desk / Studio / Hold subscription, plus a one-time 90-day pack. No shipping. Cards are not taken on this site.
• Stampcite (/p/stampcite). A taste lock for studios. Trial 7 days. Desk / Studio / Atelier subscription, plus a one-shot Wedge. No shipping.
• EXTRAISSUE (/p/extraissue). Scope control for sold work. Trial 7 days. Solo $25, Studio $75, Firm $125 a month, or ten months’ price for a year. No shipping.
• Isofase (/p/isofase). Pre-launch QA. Scout free. Studio / Agency / Foundry subscription plus one-shot preflights. No shipping.

We do not sell physical goods or client work from this studio site. Filedkit is one-time. NOTICEWIN, Stampcite, EXTRAISSUE, and Isofase are subscriptions, as each product page says.

Using this website

Browse it. Read the products. Do not scrape, attack, or misuse it. Text, marks, and layout belong to House Flax unless we say otherwise.

Product accuracy

Filedkit is a writing kit for one posting. It does not promise an interview, a job, or that a recruiter will reply.

NOTICEWIN is a renewal desk you fill in. It does not read your bank, and it does not stop a vendor from charging you. You decide keep, cut, or renegotiate.

Stampcite is a taste-lock. It does not replace a director, and the sheet is not a contract.

EXTRAISSUE classifies a dump against a signed SOW. It does not collect money for you, and it does not make a client pay.

Isofase is pre-launch QA assistance. It is not a legal opinion and not a guarantee of App Store or Play approval.

Price and status

The price on the product page is a guide to what the product costs. If the button still says “Opening soon”, that product is not open yet. Once it is, the price shown at checkout on the product’s own site is what you pay; if the two ever disagree, the product’s checkout wins and you can walk away before paying.

Liability

To the extent Italian and EU consumer law allow, House Flax is not liable for indirect losses from using this site. Mandatory consumer rights stay intact.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Italy. EU consumers keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence. If we cannot settle a dispute at [email protected], the competent Italian courts hear it, without prejudice to consumer venue rights.
